With the small and smaller brushes in this kit you can get at all hard to reach places on your firearm. Especially areas that are critical to function and if left dirty, compromise reliability. Notably, the extractor tunnel and disconnector tunnel in a 1911 type and firing pin/striker tunnel in any pistol. The soft Nylon bristles will not harm any finish or coating.
