IPSCALEX 1911/2011 Spring Guide Rod Gov't length
The perfect full length spring guide for your 1911/2011. Machined from 416T stainless steel, this super strong one piece guide rod will deliver reliable performance round after round. Features a hollow front portion of the rod reducing nose weight, while maintaining strength. This rod weighs in at 36 grams or 1.3oz, very helpful in making the USPSA single stack weight limit without resorting to fragile plastic rods. Features include a tapered head, takedown hole and barrel link slot for use in pistols with a cut back lower barrel lug.
Shaft is sized to allow free movement of recoil spring, with an enlarged base to securely hold the spring.
